These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Marsriot Publisher ("the App"), a private content-publishing tool operated by MarsRiot Media ("we", "us"). By connecting an account to the App or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.
The App publishes short-form video content to social media accounts owned and operated by MarsRiot Media, using the official APIs of those platforms. Current integrations include TikTok (Content Posting API), Instagram (Meta Graph API), Facebook (Meta Page Reels), and YouTube (YouTube Data API v3). The App is an internal tool and is not offered to or usable by the general public.
The App may be used only by MarsRiot Media and its authorized operators, only with accounts they own or are permitted to manage, and only to publish content they have the rights to distribute. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.
We are solely responsible for the content we publish through the App. Content is created by MarsRiot Media; where content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, it is disclosed in accordance with the relevant platform's requirements.
Use of the App is also subject to each connected platform's Terms of Service and Developer Terms, including but not limited to TikTok's Developer Terms, Meta's Platform Terms, and YouTube's Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms overrides those platform terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarsRiot Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to use of the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Account access can be revoked at any time from the connected platform's settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
